Maricruz Cervera Medina
Founding Partner
Maricruz holds a Law degree (JD equivalent) from Universidad Panamericana Campus Mixcoac (2014-2019) and is a specialist in Amparo Law graduate from the same university (2021), with a diploma in Amparo Trial by the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice (2022). She attended the introductory program to the U.S. legal system at the Fordham Law Summer Institute in New York (2017). She attended the Private International Law program at The Hague Academy of International Law, focusing mainly on international commercial arbitration (2023).
Maricruz is highly experienced in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in insolvency proceedings, concursos mercantiles and commercial arbitration. She started practicing law in 2016, working for leading firms such as Santamarina y Steta, Del Castillo y Castro and the Instituto para la Protección al Ahorro Bancario.

She attended the Essentials of US International Tax Law Program at New York University (2019). She attended the Private International Law program at The Hague Academy of International Law, focusing mainly on international commercial arbitration (2023).
Alejandra has wide experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in insolvency and concurso mercantil proceedings. She started practicing law in 2015, working in leading firms such as Del Castillo y Castro and Santamarina y Steta.
